How long have you been at PBXX?
I have been at Promoboxx for just a little over 3 years now!
What do you do?
I am currently a Senior Customer Success Manager on the Customer Success Team. I work 1:1 with our Brands to ensure that they are constantly supported throughout their partnership.
What has your journey with PBXX looked like?
I started off at Promoboxx as a Customer Support Specialist, learning everything there is to know about our platform. Shortly after, I transitioned into Senior Customer Support role which ultimately led me into a CSM position.
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is the people I get to work with every day. We are a small but mighty team, and our shared vision and passion allow us to effectively collaborate and grow as a company. Each team member’s opinion is equally valued and respected, and I love being able to have a voice and make an impact.
