Meet Promoboxx’s new Brand Account Specialist, Natalie Giulianelli! We are so excited to welcome Natalie to our team, and to get to know her better, we asked her a few questions. Check out her answers below!
After earning my B.S. in Information, Communication & Technology from Florida State University, I relocated to Boston, MA to complete a digital media internship at The Grommet, an e-commerce company launching undiscovered products from independent Makers.
It was there that I gained entry into the startup world and realized my passion for digital media and product innovation. After my internship, I became the Content Manager for a very small startup (four people total!) called FirmPlay, a job search platform that takes you behind the scenes of companies in Boston. Working directly with the founder on content creation and website management, I not only expanded my skill set but realized how much I enjoyed making such a direct impact on the growth of a company.
I actually came across Promoboxx through my previous job at FirmPlay. Among all of the company profiles I saw daily, Promoboxx stood out to me like a needle in a haystack. I felt really inspired by the company’s mission and immediately knew I wanted to contribute. After meeting with the team, I saw how dedicated and passionate everyone was about their work, and I’m so privileged to be able to work alongside them!
I have to say Dave’s Fresh Pasta in Davis Square, and not just because they gave me a free loaf of bread (the true way to my heart).
When faced with a challenge, my mom used to tell me that “anything worthwhile is difficult.” It serves as a constant reminder to find the strength to get through a tough time because, in the end, the result is that much more meaningful!
I admire so many brands for a lot of different reasons, but I have huge respect for innovative brands that continually strive to grow, yet still stay true to their ideology.
I’m a pretty avid photographer and still a semi-newbie to the area, so one of my favorite things to do since I’ve moved here has just been exploring Boston by foot and discovering new perspectives of the city to photograph!
Being born in the Netherlands and having lived in various states across the US, my parents inspired a lot of travel in me at a young age. Eventually, I’d like to go backpacking through Europe, but over the past few years, I’ve been trying to visit all of the national parks in the US!
Now that I don’t live in Florida anymore and can actually go outside without melting, I love any chance I can get to go hiking, running, or obstacle-course racing. I’m also pretty musical and have been playing violin and piano since I was a little kid.
