Position: Brand Activation Intern

(Co-op or part-time position)

 

Internship Benefits:

Intern Responsibilities:

Brand Activation Interns work specifically on educating and onboarding division users to help drive retailer engagement on the Promoboxx platform. Division users are defined as any intermediary between the brand and retailer (sales reps, marketing reps, etc.)

  • Identify and execute optimal tactics for engaging brand representatives via phone and email marketing
  • Help to onboard and educate our division user base by creating training content and hosting webinars
  • Provide support and customer service to division users who need assistance
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Product teams on improving the platform according to retailer and division user feedback 

Qualifications:

  • Proactive self-starter, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently on multiple projects
  • Exceptional skills in content creation and sales, video skills are a plus
  • Comfortable with phone interactions, cold-calling, and giving presentations
  • Availability to work in-house (25-40 hours a week)

Position: Retail Activation Intern

(Co-op or part-time position)

Activation Intern Responsibilities:

  • Help retailers by overseeing all Promoboxx inbound support channels
  • Execute on outbound marketing tactics (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Strategize and implement optimal sales tactics to increase platform activities
  • Promote the platform by creating content and media for our retailer training centers
  • Collaborate on improving the platform according to retailer needs
  • Propose and spearhead additional projects focused on optimizing and refining campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proactive self-starter

  • Exceptional skills in writing, social media, and sales
  • Comfortable with phone interactions and cold-calling
  • Detail-oriented, focus on data and tracking

Position: Sales Intern

(Co-op or part-time position)

 

Internship Benefits:

  • Learn how to handle objections from Manager and VP level marketers at Fortune 1,000 brands
  • Learn how to navigate Promoboxx’s Sales CRM

Activation Intern Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source leads within 8 target manufacturing verticals including automotive, appliances, sporting goods and footwear.
  • Execute on outbound marketing tactics (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Book meetings with marketers at Fortune 1,000 brands in order for the sales team to continue selling these prospects
  • Form selling strategies and complete research on the first stages of the sales cycle and Promoboxx’s Ideal Customer Profile

Qualifications:

  • Positively persistent self-starter
  • Ability to handle objections nimbly over the phone
  • Ability to execute concise, targeted written communications to prospective clients
  • Availability to work at Promoboxx 20-40 hours a week
