Promoboxx is looking for rockstar interns to help out our client marketing and sales teams. We are looking for our interns to spend 12 hours a week at the Promoboxx office located in the South End of Boston, at 500 Harrison Ave. As an intern you will be exposed to a variety of exciting projects involving customer service, marketing, social media and sales. Your main job will be to help us keep our clients deliriously happy by providing exceptional customer service. Best part – it’s paid!
In total, we are a hard working crew of 17, but that number grows with every passing month as we sign and continue to work alongside brands like Chevrolet, Volkswagen, Trek, Reebok, and more.
What will you gain from this internship?
• Build skills in customer service, project management, marketing and account management
• Learn the components it takes to launch co-branded online campaigns with retailers across the country
• Learn how to work with Fortune 1000 brands and how they are allocating their marketing resources
• Learn insights on startup sales activities; from analyzing trends to learning more about the sales cycle

• Loves huge national brands, loves small local retailers
• Desires to work at a start-up with a small team and eager to make an impact within a growing company
• Handles support tickets through HelpScout and ensures that all clients have everything they need
• Creates unique content and uses social media to position Promoboxx as a thought leader in the world of
co-branding and online marketing
• Maintains contact with retailers to identify current and future needs and answer all of their questions
• Does brand market research, identifies brands in our target industries, find upcoming campaigns
• Helps us prospect new clients (i.e. finding proper contacts on Linkedin)
• Has basic knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Keynote, and Quicktime Pro (These are not required
but a huge plus!)
