At Promoboxx we believe in retailers – and so we make a point to highlight some of the great businesses we support every day. For this installment, we spoke with Marie Kozey from Action Collision, a family owned business located in Troy, Michigan.
We are a family owned and run business that opened in 1987. Action Collision started out as a father/son business, and then more family members came aboard. We wanted to stand alone by offering the best service in the industry!
We focus on continuously educating our staff, and always putting our customers first. We choose quality over quantity from our DRPs.
As smaller shops started closing, we knew we had to expand to keep up with the nationwide shops like Service King and Gerber.
This year during Thanksgiving week, we are doing a food/clothes drive for the homeless. It will be our first big event! Every year we sponsor customers and kids as needed in their sports events.
It would be that although some of us may be on the older side and all this technology can feel like too much for us, we do understand that the younger generation knows no different. We have to make sure that we do digital but still have a form of customer contact like a mailer or phone call.
We want our customers to know that we will always do our very best to make sure that despite the unpleasant situation of a collision they will leave with a smile on their face when their vehicle is done!
