As I mentioned in the previous appliance dealer interview, our retailers are awesome and their engagement in the platform is very important to us. We love hearing what retailers have to say! As part of our mission to connect brands with their retailers, we conducted our Retailers Rule! Interview series to gather retailer insights across industries.
For the fourth installment of the series, we spoke with Mari Duncan, from Hawkinson Kia. Hawkinson Kia is located in Matteson, Illinois.
We use Promoboxx a lot for Facebook posts. There is always good content and information so we always use it.
Social media helps to engage customers and get more interest. Facebook and Twitter are less for specific sales and more for reaching customers. It’s more about friendly, interesting content than selling cars.
There’s not much I would change! I find it pretty simple and easy to use.
I’ve had a lot of success with the giveaway campaigns (test drive for tickets, etc). They seem to get the most engagement.
Video content is the most engaging content, so I would say provide retailers with more videos to market.
Make good use of the customization features. if you don’t put your own spin on there, its just like any other boring post.
