As I mentioned in the previous appliance dealer interview, our retailers are awesome and their engagement in the platform is very important to us. We love hearing what retailers have to say. As part of our mission to connect brands with their retailers, we conducted our Retailers Rule! Interview series to gather retailer insights across industries.
For the third installment of the series, we spoke with Jeff Moreno from Airport Appliance. Airport Appliance has locations throughout California’s San Francisco Bay Area. Jeff uses Promoboxx to promote GE products for all of his locations.
My experience with Promoboxx so far has been great. I find the system really easy to use and the support team is very helpful. Promoboxx makes posting on Facebook and Twitter effortless. It is great having vendor approved messages and assets loaded and ready to submit.
Social Media and online marketing not only drives traffic to our website and stores but also increases the interaction with our customers.
I would add all locations to the newsletter feature instead of just one. This issue might be in the process of being addressed, but for stores with multiple locations we would love to advertise them all in one newsletter submission.
All of the campaigns with videos. Facebook and Twitter viewers want to see videos!
Providing the retailers with assets and messages helps the retailer post on social media and their website more frequently and accurately.
Give it a try and you’ll see how easy the system makes posting on Social Media. The feature of sharing at a later date is great. If you do not have time to log into Promoboxx daily, you can still post messages on future dates.
