Your mission, should you choose to accept, will be to join the Promoboxx Client Services team – working alongside Brand Engagement Managers, helping them launch and execute on digital marketing campaigns, and wowing our precious retailers daily. It’s a big job because there are thousands of retailers, but you’ll
have each and every team member working alongside you.

High-Level Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Brand Engagement Managers to optimize Promoboxx’s brand-to-retail campaigns with Fortune 500 companies
  • Strategize and execute on all retailer outbound outreach via email, phone, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in an effort to increase activation rates
  • Monitor all inbound retailer support channels via email, live chat, and phone in an effort to answer any retailer platform and/or program questions
  • Leverage expertise gained from conversations with independent retailers to improve the Promoboxx platform
  • Partner with the Promoboxx development team to launch new platform functionality that fits the evolving needs of retailers
  • Ensure the happiness of all retailers to secure long-term partnerships


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support, sales, and/or marketing
  • Knowledge of what it takes to succeed in a startup environment
  • Background in analyzing data for key insights and needed actions
  • Experience collaborating with UX and Engineering teams
  • Efficient and organized with high attention to detail
  • Articulate and charismatic with strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn at a rapid pace
